By inviting or using TB FM Bot ("the Bot") on any Discord server or as a user, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Bot immediately.
TB FM is a free Discord radio bot developed by Tamil Brothers Studio. It allows users to stream live radio stations, receive news digests, and use related features within Discord servers. The Bot is provided free of charge and without warranty.
You may use the Bot for personal, non-commercial enjoyment within Discord servers. You agree not to:
To enable certain features (such as /comehere), the Bot collects and stores your Discord User ID, username, and avatar URL when you voluntarily link your account. News subscription preferences (topic, timezone, delivery time) are stored for users who enable /mynews. No messages, server content, or sensitive personal data is collected. TB FM streams publicly available internet radio stations from third-party providers. Tamil Brothers Studio does not own, host, or control the content of any radio stream. We are not responsible for the content broadcast by any station. Use of radio content is subject to the terms of each individual broadcaster.
We provide the Bot on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot or any feature at any time without prior notice. These Terms may be updated at any time — continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Tamil Brothers Studio provides the Bot "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Bot.
